Cancellations Policy

We do not accept cancellations for any pre-order items . Exceptions will be made only if the advised additional delivery margin time exceeds, and the item has not been processed or shipped.Once your order is confirmed, the picking, packaging, customization, and logistics process begins immediately. Often, the ordered product has already progressed through various phases, including preparation or customization, making cancellations impractical due to the advanced stages of the process.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We accept returns and provide refunds exclusively for items received as faulty , damage or items delayed by more than 6 weeks from their mentioned dispatch date.To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support email [mgluxewear@gmail.com] within [24 hours ] of receiving the damaged/faulty item.We may request photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the return process.

  • Sale items, custom-stitched, and unstitched pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled at any stage of the order process.
  • Errors in Stitching or Size Discrepancies: In the event of stitching errors preventing wearability or discrepancies in sizing according to our provided size guide, we will take responsibility to address and compensate for these issues. Please contact us promptly within 24 hours.
  • Transit Delays:  Please note that the unpredictability of brand processing time , global transit , flight schedules, and delivery frames may cause delays, and we are not responsible for such circumstances. We will not take responsibility for delays caused by sudden restrictions, lockdown measures, or any unforeseen events affecting the delivery process.

Provide relevant details, including your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation for damaged items such as images or videos .
  • Size Guide Information: It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully review the size guide, terms, and conditions before making a purchase. Every design and brand on our website has its own size guide provided within the order details.we do not take responsibility for wrongly ordered sizes as they are not refundable due to the nature of pre-order items.

  • Stitched Suits Variation Notice:
  • We guarantee that stitched suits are crafted to resemble the model image as closely as possible.
  • Due to market availability, there may be slight variations in style and accessories used to match the original image.
  • Accessories utilized for photoshoots are not supplied by the brands and are solely for promotional purposes.
  • Refund or return requests based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the end piece due to variations in style or accessories will not be accommodated.Please consider these factors before making a purchase. If you have specific concerns or inquiries, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Returns Policy:

  • Return items must be sent within 5 working days after receiving them and must retain the proof of returns receipt for your records.If your return is accepted, confirmation will be provided via email response.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the criteria for a faulty or damaged products & will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at mgluxewear@gmail.com. Items returned without prior notification via email or Instagram message will be rejected and may incur redelivery charges.
  • Ensure the item is not from sale, unused, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached, original packaging, and any promotional gifts associated with the item.
  • If your return is accepted, the refund or exchange will be processed upon confirmation of item receipt.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of acceptance.
  • Items marked as ‘SALE’  may be discounted due to reasons such as the end of the season, minor markings, slight damage, or color differences. These sale items are non-returnable and are excluded from the returns policy. Please consider these factors before purchasing sale items.
  • Return Postage: Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs in unfortunate events such as errors in stitching , damaged or faulty items or size issues etc .Ensure to contact us via email before returning any items.
  • Returns requested or received by MG Luxe Wear after 14 days from receipt will be refused. If goods are sent back beyond this period, we reserve the right not to offer a refund. In such cases, returning the item to you may incur a shipping charge, which would be payable by you upon request.

Shipping Charges / Restocking Fee

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are not reimbursed.UK customers returning faulty or incorrect items receive a free returns label via email, but this is not available for international customers. If the return reason is other than defective, shipping error, or incorrect items, a restocking fee of £10 will be deducted from any refunds, credit notes, or exchanges.

Please be aware of these terms related to shipping charges and restocking fees before initiating a return.

Responsibility & Accountability

  • Statutory Duty: When returning a purchase, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they reach us in the same condition as received.
  • Goods in Transit: Goods remain your responsibility until they reach us, and we do not accept liability for goods that do not reach us.
  • Returns Inspection: All returns, including original packaging and labels/tags, will be inspected upon receipt. Please avoid damaging goods during inspection or while trying them on for size.
  • Return Shipment Advice: We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns and retaining proof of postage.
  • Refusal of Returns: We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if our goods are damaged during the return process.

  • Product Descriptions: Suit descriptions are directly sourced from brands; we disclaim responsibility for missing elements or misprints in their product descriptions.
  • Production Changes: Regular production may lead to minor changes in lace design, cuts, or bead color tone based on market availability. Such changes are not considered false descriptions but depend on brand production alterations.
  • Accessories Variations: Product accessories like belts, pearls, and tassels may vary from the product image.
  • Product handling & Care Instructions: All clothing products are recommended to be dry-cleaned. Iron at a moderate temperature and avoid using bleach or stain-removing chemicals.We do not accept claims for damages resulting from washing methods other than advised
  • Our hand-embroidered products are delicate with a 5% – 10% variation possibility, and by ordering from our website, you acknowledge this variance from website pictures. Please be aware that embellishments may displace, a characteristic not considered a fault but a result of the handcrafted nature. These garments require careful handling. We recommend dry-cleaning for all clothing products.
  • Beadwork/Sequences: Beading or sequences may occasionally displace due to the handcrafted nature; this is not considered a fault. Please handle these articles of clothing with care.
  • Customization Changes:  If required customization changes are ineligible due to fabric nature, we will inform you. However, orders cannot be canceled once in the making process.
  • Size Guide: Ready-made suit sizes follow a standard guide. Be aware of variations according to the outfit style; for instance, a slightly loose fit may be due to the outfit’s design, not a fault.
