Ready to Dispatch Items

Ready to dispatch items are posted within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days once dispatched.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items require approximately 3–4 weeks for processing and delivery.

Please note:

• The 3–4 week timeframe includes production, quality checks, and shipping to the UK.
• Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (e.g. Eid season).
• If your order contains both ready-to-dispatch and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or message.
